NSW: Firefighters' parade set for February 1
A parade to thank the thousands of firefighters who battled NSW's bushfires is setto take place on February 1.
The Daily Telegraph today says sources close to organisers confirmed the date of theparade, which falls on a Friday.
The paper says the march will begin around noon and move through Sydney streets tothe steps of the Town Hall.
